One thing about Anivia and Swain I never understood...

I think it's because Anivia is made of ice. Do you have any idea how hard it would be to fly using wings made of ice? At least Swain has legs and a cane to help him walk.

Usually nukers are slower. Anivia nukes your ass, if she had high movement speed that would take away some of her weakness.

Swain sometimes has to get down and dirty so why would swain be slower if he has to get closer to do damage.

I'd have to say that since Anivia is carrying a perpetually everlasting supply of eggs somewhere in there that she's probably kind of heavy. So think of her more like a blimp than an airplane or a winged bird.

Anivia isn't just slow. You could say she has glacial movement.

Champion with a shit load of slow and stun usully have slow movementspeed.
