@Riot Why Can't Some Mages Farm Normally under Tower until After Lev. 6?

So yeah some guy on Reddit recently went onto every mage and tested what level they'd be able to kill a melee minion with an AA after 2 tower shots.

And 16 of them can't CS minions properly under Tower with aas until level 6 or after.

Why Rito?
