Keypads, good for league?

So i just got a razer tartarus, and ive fallen in love with it for surfing the web and working on art projects, but league just isnt settling with me. I have a very strange setup, (qwer top row and 5 is for changing my layout to level up, tab, and emotes; summoners, recall, shop and attack move are the middle row; 1-5 on the bottom row, the button above the thumbstick is soft camera lock)

I was just wondering, do i just need time or should i re-do my setup? And what should i change if so?
