Why do i need to carry golds

I've had to carry plats more often than Golds. Plat players are often just Gold level players with more time. There are a lot of good players in Gold who only care to get season rewards. There's no point in going higher than gold unless it's to make money and you definitely do not get money unless you're within Diamond or have a low cut shirt with female breasts popping out.
