The new stacks make him functional... You know what makes him "OP?" His passive in combination with it.

Give him a new passive, or nerf his current, leave the stacks alone.

The new stacks don't make him any more functional than he always was. He still has the same weaknesses of being easily kited and shredded lategame.

So...It's his stacks making him OP.

If X+Y is making someone OP, X is still making them OP. It doesn't matter that nerfing Y would also weaken the champion. X is making them OP, just as Y is making them OP.

And that's besides the point of him not being OP lmao. He's just decent in a lane, and he autoloses jg if his opponent has the 3 brain cells necessary to invade him. You just have to invade him once or twice and you make the game a 4v5.
