did the patch 8.24b came out?

because on the pbe it says ``A balance update, dubbed Patch 8.24b, is being micropatched onto live today. Check out the full details on what's in the patch, including champion and item balance!´´ the 17 of december but today is the 18 december. and if i go in the game for example they still the same.

or is it gonna get patch as usual every wednesday?
