Likely a practice tool bug. I thought Yasuo's Ult buff was bugged and halved from the bug, but it was practice tool having errors with a bug that caused it.

Weird. I went against a Fiora on my other account 7 days ago and she still mashed my ass in with vitals as Urgot. Idk how in this amount of time and with nothing particularly happening would cause it unless the spaghetti code from PBE snuck into live, because Meddler did say that they would have to update the tooltip for the health buff to her passive, so it could be just that.

The passive still works, the tooltip just doesn't show anything.

As I figured. The recent change on the PBE might have accidentally bugged her tooltip, which makes sense why they said her tooltip is broken atm on the PBE. Might have somehow leaked its coding to live.
