please gutt their base armor,armor per level,health regen,base health,health per level and magic please they deal so much damage which is their job but a late Game Glass cannon Kog should not be able to Live through

also, the new AD item can reduce incoming damage by 12% and turn it into a bleed if that was a factor
any other details? it could have been an off build using tanky masteries so kog can benefit from his massive attack speed
