Lucian is not in a good place.

People stop lying. Lucian is not good right now. He has to either win lane hard or he loses game. No other adc right now has that heavy of an restriction on him. He has a time limit now. If he doesn't win in 25 minutes he won't win the game. go look at his stats this patch. Just about every adc has a higher win rate and all of them have higher win rates past 25 minutes. lucian after 25 minutes falls off from 6th to 14 in win rate and there are only 15 adcs played bot lane. I'm tired of people saying he still strong. I main lucian he is not strong right now. he is right back to season for loseian at this point because even if he gets ahead he will inevitably lose because everyone outscales him. Its to the point his play rate is going down why? because he is in such a weakened state people have noticed he isn't viable at all. I did a post before adc's that are getting played more than him or as much as him all have higher win rates and those win rates get even higher beyond 25 minutes. Buff him. He needs some kind of late game scaling Doesn't need to make him op late but he needs to be at least viable. the way he is past 25 minutes now is just pathetic and for people to actually believe he is in a good spot is not actually going look at stats.
