So 
the ONLY champion who players will take hail of blade consistently over other potential keystones (Comet in this case) is getting a "nerf". Apparently for some reason the first auto wasn't supposed to proc hail of blades. Now I'm confused to why it's only being targeted to and now I don't know which auto procs it for other champs and how had to be special.

LunanEclipse1 votesThe problem was every other champ's 2nd auto attack came out faster which was the increase in damage not the extra attack speed increasing the damage of their 1st auto. This allowed Jhin to auto once then back off while reaping benefits from HoB while every champ had to get a second off to get any benefit. But do note if Jhin stays in for a long time it buffs his 4th auto which now has HoB damage added to it.
