Why does Sion's death timer tick but Karthus's doesn't?
They removed it a long time ago from Karthus, and frankly, with the single camp execute, it's way better on Sion. Riot should either remove it from Sion or give it back to Karthus.

Eedat2 votesSion's passive duration can be extended because he gains 100% lifesteal while in his passive. So having a notifier on it makes sense. Karthus' passive is a set duration every time
