Items Rework

So, to start, I want to leave in very clear that I loved patch 5.5. The new items are fantastic , but I think that there are some items that are lackluster.

Maybe giving it a tad more armor, and maybe change the Point runner passive. I only build this on Seju or Leona Suport so I can tower dive with even more ease

nothing more needed to say here. 40 ap sucks ( I know that its passive gives you more, but still, It aint that much), and 30 ad is a joke, the amounts a Spell Vamp and lifesteal are also so low. The attack speed isn't all that great either

I love this item, but I find it week. No Adc in their right mind will never build this, Mid laners much less ( Zed and Talon could but no, that would be as stupid as the adc), Top laners will not build this cause either they go tank (, ) or magic pen ( could tank 2) and even thou this item does give health, it is sad the amout. Some junglers could build it but they have better items that they could build. Only a suport could build this in a usual build. But again only the CDR is usefull, along with the passive. Health is too low ( Need health is much better) and it gives you ad that you NEVER give a suport, cause they barly scale with ad.

So long story shot, if Riot could bring these items up to date with the newer ones, it would be great
