Gangplank's Q should be a skillshot, not a point and click 400 damage that applies on hit effects. Gangplank's W doesn't need to remove ALL FORMS OF CC, while being a heal summoner spell. (Yes to all the 12 year old kids thinking they're so original with their "THEY JUST PLAYED AGAINST X CHAMPION, QQ THREAD)

Rageblade should be a Melee Only Item

Vayne needs a mini rework due to her reliance on Rageblade

Nunu's W needs a hitbox fixing

Mordekaiser needs a complete rework, so he doesn't have 200+ bugs.

Lucian doesn't need another buff just to sell the fucking skin.

Why is Riot nerfing Sejuani? I literally never see her in norms.

Electrocute got nerfed, so why not Dark Harvest? If the point is to remove damage then why not nerf all Damage?

Conq. is a bit strong on almost every melee champion. Almost all top laners go Conq just because it deals like 500+ True Damage in 5 second fights.

Conq is so strong in fact Tanks are absolutely useless.

No on GP maybe some changes but not skillshot on Q.

Yes with rageblade or remove it completely because it makes on-hits not worth it unless you have rageblade.

Vayne should get a mini rework because she just is either broken with crit or broken with AS or useless.

For competitive and I disagree with that but that's the reason

They didn't deam it as a problem , not saying it isn't just what went on at Riot

May be true but the real impact is how much damage it did compared to how much it would have done as physical damage which is significantly lower.

Conq is strong in solo Q but tanks are still relevant.

He does. Unfortunately, he's not the highest tier priority, because there are popular champions that are even more statchecky. Reworking Fiddle is significantly more important than reworking Mordekaiser.

Electrocute had its burst nerfed, while having its cooldown buffed. DH isn't as problematic. Probably. Or maybe it is.

Conquerer is too strong. Too much extra AD for the %pen it gives. However, there's a lot of top laners that can't use Conquerer, so it's pretty far from "almost all"
