Conqueror changes

  • 12-30 AD based on level, 15% POST-MITIGATION healing
  • Ranged champions gain only 1 stack per basic attack.
  • 10 stacks max
  • Spell hits and melee autos grant 2 stacks

Compared to current conq:

  • 6-18 AD, 8% true damage conversion, 8% PRE-MITIGATION healing

The new Conqueror also stacks differently for ranged champs. Instead of only keeping the buff for a short time and needing to stay in combat, it just takes them longer to stack it up.

I can see it moving away from being a tank-buster rune and more of an ADC rune. ADCs with lots of damaging abilities like Kai'Sa, Lucian, and Jinx that can easily stack up would get a ton of extra damage and lifesteal.

Is that per stack?

So at level 1 you can get 60 AD if fully stacked?

I think the healing is a little high. Rest seems okay but will wait and see. Current Conq turned old Aatrox from a joke champ into Pro pick/ban, then new Aatrox into 100% pick/ban.

Please let it be Adaptive Force... I literally can't wait to take something like that on my Bruiser Diana or on Swain... I want Conqueror to be viable on Swain... he literally feels like it's the best possible rune out there for him but RIOT can't let him use it properly...
