Has Anyone in NA been facing full team and just global server lag a lot lately? (past week or so)

In alot of the past games i've played, both ranked, norms, with friends or solo. (discovered with friends) would be sudden slight rubber banding, or pockets of team-wide lag while playing. but there was a point where there was a noticable jump in ping, and it was all across my 5 man pre-made while in game.

any thoughts or ideas to prevent this from happening?
