I know its a team game, But can we make a persons ability to Solo Carry possible again?

I see these complaints everywhere, "lost game cause bot,mid,jg,top fed, even while winning my lane and stomping" And even with proof of people with multiple games in a row of playing consistently well and winning their lane, getting held down because of teammates. It just makes me think of a semi-popular saying in this game that i hear alot that is "1 person can't win the game alone, But 1 person can lose the game" and its all too accurate, if you win bot, incredibly rendering 2 people of the enemy team useless, just to be spat on by a burst mage down 2 levels on you, or Ran down by a Tank who has Only Tabi and a Bami's cinder and maybe a cloth armor. it's just far too Un-enjoyable for alot of people. and you will see proof time and time again, that your solo efforts can be proven worthless by 1 or 2 members of your team.

i just wish it could be a good time, where most games would't come to the whole "win lane, lose game" more often then not.

Not speaking on my own behalf though :^) Just from alot of what i see in the boards.
