@RiotMeddler Many junglers don't buy T3 jungle items

Meddler, I understand your direction for countering funneling, but I believe you've overlooked something. Not all Junglers actually rush or even build a T3 jungle item. For example, multiple Assassin junglers, notably shaco, get Machete/talisman and either get a smite upgrade or straight up rush Tiamat/Lethality and NEVER get Warrior, thus leaving them vulnerable to the funneling nerf for the entire game. Also, as I understand it, Fiddlesticks is best off rushing a Zhonya's for the ult synergy over getting an Echoes (It's not like he needs the sustain anyway).

This doesn't even mention the fact that anyone that is getting funneled can easily just rush a T3 item then funnel away. I had a game literally today where I finished my T3 jungle item at 6:28, with an extra 600 gold to spare (I was 2/0/1 when buffs spawned, one of those games). It's not inconceivable to think that with hard funneling at work, you could achieve an 8-9 minute T3, and from there, you can go nuts.

So to summarize, the nerf can be beaten by those targeted and would hurt those that are perfectly fine. Please find another direction. I'd be happy to brainstorm. I just don't want to have some of my junglers gimped just because I'm doing well and want a Duskblade instead of Warrior.
