lets not confuse playing "safe" with playing smart

we get these team mates who watch lcs then come to the game and dont even inflict over 10k damage to champ in a 40min game. they feel as though somehow they're playing smart by playing "safe".. when in reality they are giving towers away... feeding their teammates to the enemy... Baiting their teammates for the enemy.. this is something like losing slowly.. or getting bled out..this strategy of hoping for the enemy to make mistakes is redundant.. i dont think i will ever rank up when the games are systematically getting thrown..
