I have seen bard tops to surprisingly well... I wasn't really watching because I was playing support those games, but they usually were on a killing spree.

When you dodge, you lose no MMR, but LP.
When you lose a game, you lose MMR, win a game, you win some.
So be glad that you dodged, its not worth the 20lp loss
