can we plz give this guy a mini rework?

first off cant his q and passive block abillity dmg instead of magic?

2nd thing is either giving him a silence or changing his joke; maybe not on q but like on w could be kinda fair and even E

one more thing i thought of is making him based on silences... he has a few quotes about silence and magixc being useless vs him.

i really dont want to sound lke a hater of riot/ . its the opposite i just want kass to be more viable. right nw, kassadin doesnt really have too much of an identity or character. his kit has absolutely nthing to d with his lore. and while were at it, why nt update the lore?
