Master yi bug

So i just noticed this bug and i thought i'd report it here, so some rioters can see it

It was not gamechanging in my case, but it could possibly be

So what happened is: I cast the third strike of Steel Tempest as Yasuo on Master Yi , and i ult afterwards. Yasuo starts the ult animation, but Yi is able to use Alpha Strike on my allied Gragas right near me, resulting in him not taking any damage, while yasuo continued with his ult animation.

It should be hard CC so of course Yi shouldn't be able to cast his Q, please Riot look into that.
