The creation of a lore Board is necessary and will be a lot of fun. The only place where we can talk about lore atm is in Miscellaneous, which is kinda ridicolous... Adding a lore will give a place to all those people who want to discuss the lore, theories, and everything regarding Lol's story

I voted no, but what I actually mean is "Not Yet."
Riot knows that people want a lore board (and a roleplaying board, and a new player board, etc). They fully intend to give us one at some point. But they're not going to do it quite yet.
The reason is that, right now, there aren't that many people using **Boards **who will post in that board. The community here just isn't big enough, yet. So what could end up happening is that the lore board ends up becoming a ghost town. Nobody goes there to post there, so nobody ever goes to look for new posts, so nobody posts there because they won't get enough visibility. And then all the sudden you've got the same problem Riot has with GD on their old forums - everything gets dumped in GD, because it's the only place you'll get visibility. They're trying really hard to avoid that.
tl;dr, when there are actually enough posts to warrant another board being created, it will be.
I've actually heard that Riot is moving from giving LoL a cohesive lore, to having champions just be famous heroes from Runeterra that come together to fight (or something like that). I think this is also why Journal of Justice was cancelled. I find this rather sad, but I guess it would make more sense with the game (ie. why you can have Darius and J4 on the same team when they probably want to kill each other).
This is a must.
