Overtuned and annoying champions

First of all, let me start with some love for Riot: their balance team is doing a good job at the moment (please community, don't kill me) They clearly stated that they wanted to give Lucian some strong points and some weaknesses, and that's exactly what they did. He is now a Ultra-mobile Caster but he doesn't have any form of CC or reliability confronted to other ADCs. I don't find him to be an hypercarry like Twitch , Tristana or KogMaw

BUT i still think there are 2 main problems at the moment.

The first one is an overtuned, annoying mage - bruiser - tank - support and no, i'm NOT talking about LeeSin . I'm talking about a champion who have an insane execute ability (2.5% more damage for each 1% HP missing - WHAT) every 5 seconds, a jump every 4 seconds that can also be resetted to 1 sec cd by just killing an unit (minions counts) , a Wave clear every 3 seconds... but ALSO a long range poke skillshot, a trap that gives vision, and an HEAL (WHAT). Oh sorry, let's not forget she gets insane movement speed from her passive and from her ultimate, which has a cd of some seconds but it's ALSO possible to reset it by just hitting one skill on a champ, and she also gives free XP to allies under her level because why not, let's throw something else in this overloaded kit.

Nidalee is a major problem right now as she only needs a gauntlet to deal infinite amount of damages while also being tanky as hell, nearly unkillable due to her insane mobility which increase for every nearby bush. Not even kassadin can catch her. Two buffs in two patches were waay too much for her and she must be toned down.

The second main problem is Ziggs. Do i really have to say why? I will to be more clear.

He has way too much poke and wave clear. I'm a Ziggs player myself and here's the problem: usually, when i find problems to fight a specific champion, i'll play that champion to realize its true weaknesses and be more effective the next time i have to fight it. With Ziggs i did the same thing BUT i couldn't find any true weaknesses. While playing him, i was just realizing he has no counterplay since he can just waveclear and poke at insane range with really low mana costs. So the lane is basically a free win and also if people say that Yasuo counters him hard, Ziggs should still have no problems since he can just farm at high range and poke him down. In the late game, the enemy team won't be able to push ANY lane since your ult CD is so low, giving you way too much of map control.

when was the last time you saw nidalee flash over 6 walls and kick the enemy team across the map into your fountain?

While I agree that Lee's kit provides insane mobility and the ability to make ridiculous plays - I also feel that his damage falls off slightly late game and he can be shut down.

IMO Nidalee has become the new Jax, but with fewer early game weaknesses. She can literally do everything with little counter in lane. Her passive allows for amazing poke or all in damage, she has an initiate and escape, she has a ton of sustain in lane (and late game depending on build), her spear is still a threat against large melee champs when trying to CS early, she a trap that can be a free ward if placed well that does %HP damage, and her "750 range pounce becomes a targeted dash" makes you unable to escape even with Flash. Did I mention her ability to split push, take down turrets with an attack speed buff, and she can also turn into a fancy cat at Lvl 1?

While I agree with your other parts more or less, what you write about Nidalee feels extremely bias and ignores any of her actually weakness. Such as generally a poor team fighter, must choice between damage and tankyness carefully unlike say Jax as too little defense she gets blown up or becomes too little of threat outside of 1 vs 1 if she builds too much tank, she generally falls off as the game goes unless she is quite fed (look at her competitive games she either takes off or falls off) implying that there is some real risk to playing her, generally depends on landing skillshots to win trades overall, has greatly reduced poke capabilities, and her escape power is much weaker than Kassadin she has better chase tools, not escape.

She is mobile, a strong split pusher, decent duelist/skirmish champion

A skill that does extra 4 dmg if you're at high HP at lvl1 or 90 at rank 18, wow

5 seconds for 375 range, it's pretty much the level of mobility riven has from her q.

Again it has a 5 second CD, not 3, and must be used in melee range. And now you're just ranting because you hate her kit without any real justifications.

Uh, they removed her movement speed from cougar form unless she triggers the hunt on a target, it's the same speed as her human form post rework, please read the patch notes. And her hidden joke passive gives 60 xp / minute, that's 3 babies wraiths worth of exp for standing in range of her for an entire minute, such a game changer bonus.

She was only buffed in 4.11, rework was 4.10, and 4.12 had zero changes, please do not lie, so I would like you to explain what buff she received in this patch.
