Preliminary Matches
So Last season I was B2 cause i had some bad luck, in these placement matches I win 6 lose 4 and I get lowered to B4, how the fuck do i get lowered to b4 from wining 60% of my Matches?

This is a common issue that everyone has at the beginning of a new season. There are many variables that go into placing your new rank. Everything from your previous rank, your teammates ranks & your opponents ranks all play a part. At the end of it all, you are usually placed lower than where you ended the previous season but have a higher MMR than where you placed so you can climb faster to where you truly belong. You should gain more LP for wins & lose less for losses until you reach the level where your MMR matches your rank.
