Sion has been bugged Since Release, FIX THIS SHIT

There are random times where Sion will be incapable of casting his Q and R abilities completely. I will press q and r over 100 times spamming the damn move standing by my tower/inhib/nexus/where ever i am able to do so safely and It will not cast. This bug has been experienced by me many times. And it leads the other team's champion I'm fighting in lane to talk shit, think he's tough, and cause him to be a complete fucking ass whole when I'm telling him I'm bugged.

This bug is causing people to be bad mannered and me to be completely pissed off cause you are giving the other team free kills on me cause all i can do is auto attack and use my W and E Abilities.

ADDRESS THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY!!! YOU'VE RELEASED THE REWORK A LONG TIME AGO AND HAVE RELEASED MANY NEW CHAMPIONS SINCE AS WELL INSTEAD OF FIXING BUGS.

Next time I have this issue I'm going to post a recording of me spamming my q and r and not a god damn thing happening but i can type using the q and r keys and use my w and e but not my q and r....

And a quick Search using "Sion Bug" you will see many people experience this damn bug and RIOT HAS NOT ADDRESSED THIS AT ALL FOR MONTHS ON END.

If you want a fix... post a bug report the way its supposed to be posted maybe riot will pay more attention to it
