Fix Sion Ulti already and connection issues.

Got Perma banned for raging in chat over and over about connection issues Riot states is my ISP's fault which actually is the Company which i'm work as a Technician... no damn issue here guys not one seen on the ISP network.... it makes me rage over and over in chat because there's nothing i can do or the $1,500 i've spent on this game can do about it.

AND THE BUG WITH SION'S ULTIMATE STILL NOT BEING ADDRESSED!!!!!

There are times where I cast my ultimate, Sion runs off in a direction i did not aim, did not point to with the mouse cursor, or sion even facing in the direction and runs off making me die at times directly due to this Bug.

Sometimes Sion will even spin in place before charging off in the Ultimate.....

And here is a direct quote from riot btw if yall dont believe there's a issue leaving the State of Texas specifically. This is what i got them to finally admit after months of tickets.

still get these connection issue at times.

Btw i've limited the language I use in this game but this has genuinely flipped me into rage mode when these 2 things happened in 1 game. When the Sion Ulti bug happens there is no evidence in of the connection issue going on, i still have full control, and turn and all that, just i didnt ulti in that direction.
