Zilean rework concept

Zilean is meant to be the Chronokeeper, a time sorcerer, messing with the time-space contimuum whenever he feels like it.

Resource: Mana Autoattack Range: 590

Passive: Chronodisplasia Zilean leaves behind a trail of "Self Instances" wherever he goes, lasting 5 seconds. Zileans abilities interact with these instances, and his basic attack may target anyone within 590 range of his instances.

This is like Ekko's ult trail, exept he leaves several of them throughout the trail rather than just the one at the end.

Q Chronoblast 70 mana, 14/13/12/11/10 second cooldown Zilean sends a blast of temporal energy from himself and all his instances to a target location, marking all units hit. After 4 seconds, the mark detonates, dealing 75/115/165/230/300 (+.9 AP) magic damage to it (if it is hostile) and nearby enemies. Simultaneous detonations may not damage the same enemy more than once. If a marked unit receives another mark, the first will immidiatley detonate.

Its pretty much time bomb. The difference is that now, it is an AOE in both application and detonation, and its closest comparison in aiming is how Heimerdingers missiles converge on your cursor, but these strike through targets.

W Rewind no cost, 14/12/10/8/6 second cooldown Zilean blinks to a target location on his Trail and reduces the cooldowns of his other abilities by 10 seconds.

Nearly the same as his old W, but now with added Time things.

E Time Warp Zilean warps time around a target unit. Zilean may target any champion or structure within 700 range of him or his instances. Ally cast: Target gains 55% movement speed, 25% attack speed, 10% cdr, and gain 55% health and mana regen for 2/3/4/5/6 seconds Enemy cast: Target loses 55% movement speed, 25% attack speed, 10% cdr (cant go negative), and gain 55% health and mana regen for 2/3/4/5/6 seconds Structure cast: Target structure attacks 25% less/more often, heals 25% faster/slower, and regenerates 25% faster/slower for 6 seconds

Like his old E, but makes your ally feel like not only are they going faster, they experience time faster than the rest of the players.

R Chronoshift 125 mana, 180 second cooldown Zilean places a protective time rune on an ally for 7 seconds. If that ally takes lethal damage, they will revive with 600/850/1100 (+2.0AP) Health and at least that much mana. Zilean may recast this ability to return to where he was when he cast it, including while reviving.

Viola, its old zilean ult, exept if they died oom, they can protect themselves, again, with more time stuff.

Yeah. It does. And since riot hates nothing more than straight up reverting changes, he is going to get just left in this shitty state until riot makes some serious changes. I am here to throw out ideas into the pool, so that one day, the time will come when I can play Grandpa again. I hate that rework, because of it, I changed my username from CantKillTheZil

sooooooo passive changed from a potentially amazing team boost (losing support viability) for exchange of a more mage route, while vastly boosting his Q and making his W have the escape potential of Ekko ult? And the E is more Ult level strong. His current kit may not be the best but it's no where as bad as people make it out to be. I mean, potential aoe stun with a 99% slow to help you out and arguably THE best ult in the game. Only change id do is allow him to have his bomb "stick" to champions within it's range in a very slightly bigger radius. He is already strong as hell and i find this rework concept too major. Love the old man, but Q doesn't need to be easy to hit :)
