kile1471 votesI have no idea what an appropriate level would be for him, there wasn't enough people there for me at ~lvl 90 either.
Also if you really want to beat him just don't summon anyone. I found most of the bosses are actually easier to do alone unless they have very little downtime to estus yourself. Also carthus bloodring is worthwhile because he can probably 2 shot you either way, so just take the ring for the extra dodge frames.

kile1471 votesHe's an optional boss that is harder than final boss. You probably haven't even gotten to the first Lord of Cinder though, who is generally considered a major difficulty bump. Supposedly the halfway boss (Pontiff Sulyvan) is a major challenge for a lot of people as well (seen ratings for 3rd hardest in the game).

I'm happy about that.. but I'm also sad because guinsoos is going to have sated passive at max stats.. so now anyone can be "sated". You're still going to have yi going the jungle item that replaces sated which is 3% max hp physical damage on every auto attack. He's also still going to get guinsoos second. I wish they would just realize that even tho phantom hit is a cool passive, it's stupidly op.

You toss CC after CC on them. The most satisfying example is definitely Sion. You come blurring into their carry from two turrets away, knock them up and explode your shield, half their health is already gone.

Not to mention, the passive changes nerfed her Q by removing the extra damage at max rank through her passive, which means her harass isn't as effective. Add in the fact she never got compensated for DFG's removal (Remember, she NEEDED that in order to get her burst off to its fullest and survive), her old AP counter, Annie, got buffed to hell and back, and the fact that every AD midlaner has access to Maw (further cutting her damage), and she's honestly in a WORSE state than she was pre-MYMU.
About the only change I like was the W change, meaning she can snag more balls. But that's about it.

Yes, the speed of the laser was increased for 'compensation' but the only thing you're going to ever hit with both procs are stationary minions (or AFK champions).
