Champion Tournament NA Contest

I know this will probably never happen, however, I love the idea of Riot holding some kind of Nationwide Champion Tournament. Some kind of game mode/arena where it's a 1 v 1 and you work your way up the ladder versing people playing the same champion as you. It could be for only people that are Mastery 7 with the champion. Somehow ( this is where I haven't worked out the kinks yet ) It would come down to 2 people to verse each other for the Champion Title. Winner get's some kind of special banner/border.
