Is this ever going to happen or is she just the new permanent have to play support?

Blood Ritual1 votesFrom what I hear she's been one of the most nerfed champions in the game and still has dominated in winrate for years. I wouldn't mind her being so powerful if it actually took skill to play her, but as it stands she's also one of THE easiest champions in the game to play.
And A Real Hiero2 votesShe suffers from the number nerfs don't hurt her shtick. Nerf Tornado dmg and CD into the ground, it still knocks up on a wide path. Nerf Shield and she'll become next to useless. Nerf Elemental dmg and it still slows and buffs her speed passively. Nerf heal on Ult, and it still knocks back.
