I've sent in 3 error reports from a bug splat and don't understand whats going on :/ Can i have a riot employee help me solve the issue or is it a matter of computer quality... cuz i do faintly remember a bugsplat happening in a championship game.
I can confirm that, after multiple bugsplats, I am sitting on a 20 min queue timer.
This issue is made worse by the "remake" feature which means a bugsplat is almost always classified as a "leaver(remake)".
Their "solution" is for each player try one of these custom workarounds. Other than that, i'm not really sure how to avoid the penalties.
Maybe we can make regression tests for them or contribute to their source code? After all, I wouldn't want to be banned.
