Ivern clear times are super slow!!!

Played him in PBE and was always 3 levels behind. His passive takes 40 seconds to clear a single wraith camp and it costs health. The lower your health the higher the cooldown of the passive to try and take another camp ,which means if someone damages you you are screwed. If you are 25% health you need to wait 100 seconds to take another jungle camp or go back to base, for the health and cooldown to reset. Ridiculous.

Essentially anyone that counter jungle's you will remove you from the game.

I've watched some Ivern streaming on PBE and he seems pretty damn "meh." I kinda agree with you man. Seems pretty crazy..

You're probably playing him wrong then.

You don't have to wait the entire 40 seconds to take it, smite clears the camp instantly after your initial passive channel. Also, you can mark multiple camps at once and just come back later when the passive finishes marking the camp. You can essentially clear the entire jungle pretty fast if you're pathing and time management is on par.
