ScurvyNave1 votesBecause she is still relatively new to the game and the last thing she needs is thousands of people demanding nerfs for her until she is gutted or non-viable. Much like Yasuo just after release it will take sometime for both the balance team to make minor (minor I tell you) tweaks and for the common player base to discover what counters her or learns he weaknesses.
From my hint box: When knowing your against Rek'sai bring something that applies grievous wounds to cut her regen while tunnelled. Also dashes and jumps that can be used defensively can rob her of her knock up which is her only real cc.
