i found a way to always win vs Fizz/Akali/Zeed in mid lane
Use 
They can choke slam these no skill champs and promise a stomped lane unless stupid akali/fizz/zeed snitch for help.

I usually use Wukong mid against Fizz. Clone beats fish, and I just sit back and wait. As long as Fizz starts the fight, I can hang on to my E for when he tries to flee and just follow him to beat on him some more.
Not sure how it works out now with new runes and everyone and their dog having explosive damage right out of the gate but I used to just go Renekton into Fizz. Made life so much easier.
