I was playing ARAM the other day and i noticed the red side shop keeper would say stuff like " Have fun storming the bridge" and " Thanks for your gold". Is he the only shopkeeper that does this? Why? is it a lore thing im not aware of. How come the SR shopkeepers dont talk.
Only the 2 Howling Abyss shop keepers talk. Honestly it's fine because champions are given voice over lines when they buy things now a days.
The other shopkeeper on the howling abyss will speak too, but they're the only ones as far as I know.

They should implement it into SR because champions are the only ones currently talking on the SR. I HAVE AN IDEA. Make a champion that can communicate with jungle monsters and they can reply back(Ivern is similar, except that monsters don't reply to him).
Holy shit, how could i not have thought of it before? That would be awesome, imagine if they gave tips such as "hey, maybe you should stop 1v1ing that guy that already killed you 5 times!" or "Hey, you probably should push after level 7" or "Yo, you're sitting on 2 wards since 10 minutes dumbass, use them!"
Imagine how cool it would be.
