Huge AP builds are back!
+ all the mana and cdr tacked on to big ap items, if you combine that with transcendence and the buffed 
would give a huge amount of AP. Slap on a 
and 
at the end, and I'm guessing you'll be looking at a near 4 digit AP build.
That said bot lane got a double kill at 4 minutes in, jungler camped top and got first blood turret at 10 mins, rift herald bombed down mid lane, and enemy surrendered before I even finished finished charging 
. Pre-20 min games ftw.
