How to make Zilean Q actually work
You want it to be a skillshot? Fine.
Instead of the current clunky "Sticky bomb" targeting system, do this.
"Zilean lobs a runic sphere at a target location, marking all enemies in the area. After a few seconds, the marks detonate, dealing magic damage to all units near the target. No unit may be damaged more than once by the same cast of Time Bomb"
Have it put a bomb on everyone in the sticky bombs "pickup radius", but of course they cant be damaged multiple times by the same cast.
