Is being suboptimal reportable?
I am a sona/akali/mf main... and im in plat 5 right now. If I were to play my riven in ranked which can't possibly be better than bronze 1 level, and legitimately try... is that reportable?

Probably not, but why gamble your LP on a new champ? Give it a few goes in draft first to "practice".
Nope, not at all. They can report you but you wont be punished as long as you arent something like 0/30/0

No, it's not reportable, but that doesn't stop people from reporting you if it looks like you are feeding.
