Riot can't hire coders or something?

Three issues I have recently.

1. If internet is not detected at first in login, it will say "check your connection" for next 10 min despite connecting to internet.
2. If internet dc's for 310 sec (every optimum user may know this problem with their crappy internet), riot takes 3060 seconds to reconnect back into game...
3. Despite already being logged in, I need to log in once again to submit a support ticket.

You guys are billion dollar company, fix this crap. This isn't even hard stuff like morde bugs. This literally just requires you to pay attention to inconveniences and just assign 1 or 2 coders for a day or two. You guys are hurting your own image by making yourselves look like bunch of frat students unable to figure themselves out of a paperbag.
