Ocean Drake: Too weak?

Does it need a buff, it is really bad compared to other drakes come mid-late game but is decent early.

Ocean Drake and Cloud Drake are the only ones which are really useful on utility supports and tanks.

For me, Ocean Drake wins by default.

Let me guess you saw that dude posting Lcs stats in other thread where ocean had lowest winrate?

No I haven't seen that but I suppose it would provide evidence, I'm interested to see if that holds up in time.

I am just speaking from personal experience that Ocean drake is consistently underwhelming, especially come late-game.

I also think that Baron Buff is OP and Elder Drake should offer empowered recall.

Try soloing Ocean drake at lvl 4. You ll see how good it is then

Your team basicly becomes immortal at laning phase

Later in game its not that good

Also quite good vs poke champs.

Baron is kinda op yeah

Sona with 3 ocean drakes is so op. I love it. We just need more champs that can use it.
