Ranking system for teamates is bad

I played 5 games and lost all with 3-4 players on each team so bad that

1. jungle never ganks
2. bot or top is destroyed by 16 minutes with 4 deaths and no kills by 16 minutes
3. even waited to start another game to hopefully get 1 or 2 good players.
4. not saying I'm all that. I'm not. but the 5 games I played seems statistically hard to get 3-4 bad players that really should be in b5
