A siimple way to fix evelyn

Her kit if fine. good substan damage, ok burst, invisibility for gank, movespeeed burst with reset on kill/assist to promote hi risk hi reward assasin gameplay...this is all good imo. Her ONE problem is than jungle buff where to hard on her and now che cannot both clear AND gank because she is too squiky. simple solution. give her extra sunbstain. IMO the best way would me to make hate spike give stack to hit target, and when target affeted by stack die, evelyn gain hp back (only working on monster and champion perhaps to avoir in lane abuse). this way she is not to tanky (better than buffing here trough extra hp/armor imo) and can keep an assasin gameplay (hp back on kill promote hi risk hi reward burst gameplay...you are easy to kill if yoiu dont kill yourself...better than direct substain to turn her intro a bruiser imo)...just that, would allow her to clear and gt enought ho fo a gank and make her just fine in the jungle.
