and then get shoved to supporter in blind picks.

If all of your champion pool is getting perma banned, then i think you should rethink the champions you are picking.
Unless you're a one trick, I doubt you shouldn't have any problems. And I doubt everyone bans flavor picks all the time
even fizz who is the highest banned champ is only banned in 63.5% of champs. The next highest is yas at 48.2. Maybe try champs that people dont hate either.
