With the changes to dragon and how it affects terrain, my frame rates have been at an all time low, ESPECIALLY with water dragon. The rain, more bushes, extra plants, eats my frame rates like a buffet and i can’t teamfight properly at all.
Please, us low end users have enough to deal with already with our shitty PCs, help us be able to play at a more stable rate.
Have you tried turning on the hide eye candy option? It gets rid of the rain for me.
you can play on low specs too ... nemesis is playing on no shadow everything low no v sync no eye candy and colorblind mode on and he is pro player ... shadows and high textures kill the smoothness in the game even if you have super good PC ... it only slows the hell and can bug shit out, I know it from my perspective because having more than 140 fps is super stupid the game get fps drops for no reason or if I have on uncaped were I get 300+ fps the game break so champions start to flicker
Try to play on everything low at least 60 fsp the best is 120-140 no eye candy when you start game turn dragons earthquake off (because even if its off it resets every game - its bugged) no shadows and character inking off
