He can't honestly kill you unless you decide to all in him and don't have the damage for an all in. Up to level 9 he's really easy to poke out of lane.

wreck him his pull is the same range as vlad's Q, he can't poke you without getting ruined He can't escape her He will never reach his turret in time Can wreck him early Can outpoke and outsustain him early. Later on, Yorick will still wreck him in a 1v1 because he always buys spirit visage anyway and his damage output is oppressive. Vlad only wins this if he has Rylai's or if goes RQ, W, Q E post 11 and you waste Famine before his W.

You kill him. That's the counterplay.

He's a champion without mobility, without CC, with long cooldowns at early ranks.... just kill him.

Vlad with MS quints destroys every melee. Only Rengar can cheese him before 6.

He needs a rework, but I agree with yhe other 2.

He is a pretty silly champion, but there are lots of silly champions so idk.
