Generally underpowered, not worth sacrificing lichbane for. Ruined so many champs' jungling
I'd rather have terrible jungle clear with certain AP junglers than having to deal with this.

There was absolutely no reason to remove magus for this item, it came with no benefits and a decent amount of negatives.

Fiddle's is basically the only one affected. Chances are Riot'll just tweak him so he can use Runeglaive better rather than removing this fantastic new item.

Yes, it does less raw damage than lich bane, but you get it much earlier, it helps you clear, it's AoE, and converts your on-hit abilities into magic damage.
AP Eve likes this item. Sure, she can't really build lich bane later, but she has great scaling and can just build another AP item instead.
