Bad game, need some feedback

Alright, I'm a little phased by this last game and need a second pair of eyes to make sense if it and figure out what to do for future games.

My team's biggest problem was Pantheon. Nothing we did seemed to matter, he just rolled us. I strongly suspect he's a smurf based off of his post game chat (no one actually in Silver would say they're Bronze), but the question remains what could have been done differently? He'd delete us so fast it didn't feel like we stood a chance.

I can't watch it Says it's not available But that enemy team is a blue ezreals dream. You and soraka shoulda been able to kite the shit out of them. Pantheons ult would have given you an issue at times but for the most part just practice kiting. Ezreal is so strong because no one can deal with a kiter. At least not up to the gold elo, from what I've seen

We destroyed the enemy ADC and Support early, but Pantheon got so fed he'd delete us in one combo, every time.

But how was he getting close to you? His only gap closer is his short range w. Were you qing and kiting back the entire time every fight ? And if he was ulting to the backline were you able to see it right away and get out of the circle?

He'd wait until we were backing away from a skirmish and Ult behind us, putting us between a rock and a hard place. We'd dash and Flash to try and put enough space between us and him before he landed, but it wasn't enough.

Yea I mean sometimes a good player is just better than your team and can solo carry. It happens. If he was a smart pantheon then that's exactly what he would do to trap you but most panths aren't that smart. You can't carry every game. Chalk it up as a loss and try to learn best you can from it. Maybe quicksilver sash so when he does land/w you, you can instantly break it? Either way it happens bro

Yeah, I started thinking that a QSS might have been the right play this morning. Talking to the Soraka player this morning, they realized that one thing they could have done differently is laying down their silence in the center of Pantheon's circle, so when he fell he was instantly silenced or rooted, both of which would have helped us escape. To late to implement it now, but maybe if you're in a similar situation you can remember that idea and use it :) Thanks for being a sounding board, it's helped a lot!

Qss is such a life saver and I'm not gonna lie sometimes with ezreL I get greedy and build more damage instead of it but it almost ALWAYS works out better when I buy qss instead. Also, That would have been really good and I didn't even think about that. Props to you and soraka for actually trying to better your game instead of blaming others. +1. Keep on practicing, with your mindset you'll be a monster.

Its the snowballing meta. Its not the champ. The game is a bad state right now as far as damage goes, most likely thanks to the new masteries and rito trying to keep LCS flashy and prevalent. They need to take note from SC2 however. It underperformed as an E-sport thanks to the "terrible terrible" damage and unbalanced, yet predictable meta. Sound familiar?
