Universally increase health by ...+10% at level 1 ...+100% at lv18

All healing is now changed to be proportional to current health ...20% effective at 100% health ...100% effective at 0% health

Now instead of getting 1-shot by something you'll be left with say 40% health. Then you'll have a choice... return to base... or be risky and stay out knowing that the next time you get combo'd you'll die.

Results: Assassins are now dead, if you pick one, you are actually a troll Burst mages are not as dead, some are still useful as a CC tools Enchanter supports are useless late, tank supports are slightly better Tanks, sustain damage mages and ADCs are the only playable champions.

how to make the game be boring as hell and make early trading be completely pointless. This would literally just make it so that assassins are unplayable along with anything that doesn't hyperscale into the late game
