So anyone ever tried Sejuani Support off-meta? Such a FUN off-meta playstyle

Its seriously a very fun and scary thing to play as because i just went 5/0/25 with it and got S rank. It also feels like its one of those few support champions who would make use of item 3109 and Stoneborn pact to make good use of a aggressive ADC buddy(One of the few times im happy i have a Draven team mate), while my enemy team had Alistar Support and Lucian ADC(who went the standard Botrk rush and Black cleaver build).

Not to mention the top laner Tryndamere i manage to disrupt so many times with 2 second E stuns so he literally failed to kill my low health team mates with his full crit+armor shred nuker build that normally those type of players abuse his R to EZ snowball kills, i simply just E him right when he procs the R and he ends up being stunned during the entire thing.

Also the enemy jungler Fiddlesticks must of been extremely salty cause he just went straight up boots of mobility, skipped building his jungle item and tried to use R to constantly jump on enemies with a high AP nuker type build(with the typical zhonya shenigan), i just simply Q or used R on him or set up a quick E freeze if i got a chance and his drain or 'chasing attempt' got completely ruined after he wall jumped over. He even one time jumped straight over the wall next to our turret to dive nuke us with the lucian and alistar, i ended up disrupting him and the alistar straight into a bunch of turret shots and draven was able to wrap up killing the lucian.

Though i'm not sure how many people actually tried it, especially with how the old sejuani works, but i feel like thanks to her new passive and E effcts, she has such great potential as a 'true tankie support' (don't even get me started how you can use her E to help the jungler get a super quick blue buff pick up and how much harass she gets with getting E and Q maxed depending on the lane match up on which goes first). What's your opinion on it guys if you happen to have tried it out?

Though i have a bad match up before this one, but that was mainly due to a taliyah being quite 'wreckless' 'ADC picker', the typical jax enemy jungler who gets relatively easy kills on the immobile squishie types. With a proper team mate who know how to build and play properly(AKA NOT RUSH item 3086 WITHOUT SOME DAMAGE ITEMS FIRST -_-), i feel like Sejuani can make them flourish effectively.

I actually tried it, it was originally just for fun but yeah it definitely looks promising. Passive is really strong against burst/combo supps and there is a lot of long range engage, peel potential, with untargeted dash-bump (compared to an allistar for instance). As you said tanking is excellent mid and late game, and I feel like a lot of support item works nice on her. However, the 4 stacks before E aren't that easy to proc by myself so a melee jungler is really better (I had a game with a Graves jungle and a Quiin top, i tink I used my E like three times). Need to try it more now to see all matchups. Surprisingly it looks good against counter engage supps like janna/nami because of the ult that cant be denied, allowing you to follow up with a dash (and the crazy amount of damage that goes with). Probably harder against high poke supps like zyra.
