So anyone else notice that even though the rest of the PROJECT items including the augment caches, Ashe, Ekko and Katarina's icons plus their chests (with katarina having another icon) and the bundle packages are clearly showing in the shop, but i can't seem to see Yasuo's at all? I'm on the NA server, so makes me wonder...what the heck?
Maybe the cache is bugged?
I'm on NA too and it's not showing up for me either.

Yasuos wont be in the shop, because if you own project yasuo, u get the border gifted until the 18th.
There isn't a Cache for Yasuo.

If you buy him before the promo ends on the 16th, you'll automatically receive the border - no crafting needed! :D For those who owned him prior to the event also have it unlocked without needing to craft it! Crafting borders is only for PROJECT: Ashe, Kat and Ekko.
Guys, just look the project web site, come on, it's wrote down clearly. The yasuo's cache or idk the name will be here on august 9 to 16 and we will have the yasuo border the 16 if you own the skin.
